Cancellation Policy

At Zenvira, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled to keep the process clear and fair for both sides.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled successfully and a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent via Instagram, Facebook, or any unofficial platform will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, you must accept the delivery and then raise a request as per our Refund & Return Policy. Approval will depend strictly on eligibility conditions mentioned in that policy.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation

COD orders require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

If a COD order is not confirmed, it may be automatically cancelled.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds generally reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Zenvira is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Zenvira reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product is unavailable or out of stock

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address

  • Order flagged as suspicious or high risk by payment or fraud systems

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be processed if payment has already been made.
