1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Orders are delivered using reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Shadowfax, and other logistics providers based on location availability.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Prepaid orders are dispatched faster. Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through call or message before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on location:
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders across India unless stated otherwise on the product page.
In special cases such as remote locations, additional courier charges may apply. Customers will be informed before order dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email containing:

If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact our support team.
6. Delays or Unserviceable Locations
Zenvira is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or operational disruptions.
If your delivery pin code is found to be unserviceable after order placement, our team will contact you and process a full refund to the original payment method.
7. Missed Deliveries or Undelivered Packages
If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery.
If the shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed attempts, re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges.
Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete delivery details while placing an order.
8. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes only.
All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Orders that remain unverified may be cancelled.
Repeated order refusals may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases.
9. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
