2. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes. We deliver pan-India to most serviceable pin codes using trusted courier partners.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
4. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes. All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use it to check real-time delivery status.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products and must be requested within 3 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are allowed only if a wrong product is delivered. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 business days after inspection.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
